How am I ever going to keep a clean house if this is how my children think you are spost to clean a room??
She had all her tupperware bins that we keep her toys in under her bed out....DUMPED OUT! She had all her books from her closet, her underwear, tumbling clothes, kitchen toys, tiny toys, all the bedding off her bed...in the pile! Dress up clothes, shoes...and to top it off? SHE TOOK ALL THE CLOTHES HANGING IN HER CLOSET AND THREW IT IN THE PILE!! I was so mad! (keep in mind, she has been on my last nerve for the past 5 months or so....) I called Thomas at work (haha) and had him come up to talk to her.
This, my friends, was a Rookie mistake. You don't ask a 4 year old to go clean her room and don't even poke your head in to check on her.

LOL! I TOTALLY understand! I can't even get my almost 9 year old to clean her room!
As for the dentist, yeah it was expensive! The sedation was about $140 I think (just for the sedation, and of course insurance doesn't cover that...ugh don;t even get me started on dental insurance...my opinion...it stinks (I would use a stronger word but I am TRYING to be nice))Then the work was more on top of that. If you want the name of the place I took em, let me know. It is in Roy. The dentist and the office are really nice, even if they do make you feel like everything has to be fixed now or you will end up with caps!
I TOTALLY understand! I can't tell Jordan to go in another room at all, without disaster! It sure would be nice to have them do it though!
Too funny! I love it!
I can't believe she even took all the blankets and clothes down too!
ha ha that is funny. but only cuz its not my kid. hey at least she is cute right?
I'm sorry..but that is so funny! What a mess. Hopefully it is one of those things you can laugh at later in life!
That is truly a pile to behold! :D
Soooo funny! Maybe she thought you said, "Go clean out your room." I'm sure through all this that her room is cleaner now than it was before :). With her cute cheeks and big eyes how do you get mad at her though??
I'm laughing here, mostly out of relief that my children are not the only ones who clean this way. Emma likes to pull all of her clothes down off the hangers as well, and it drives me crazy!!!! Sigh... what can you do? (I get mad too)
p.s. Happy Birthday, Alison. Hope you have a great day today! =)
Wow! That was pretty incredible how fast she did that much damage!! Good thing Thomas is close by so you can go count to 10 once or twice!!
P.S. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Your stories just crack me up!!! She is so darn cute though!!! She will never change, Kelcey & Jacy still cannot clean up their rooms without my supervision!!! And they are 17 and 15!!! Ugh!!! GOOD LUCK!! Lisa
Oh my gosh, that is exactly how Callan cleans his room! Well, needless to say, everyday I'm mad at him for his room.
Happy Birthday Alison!
That is sooo funny! I can't believe how thoroughly she un-cleaned her room. So sorry.
