Introducing....LIZZIE. Lizzie is Hailey's bearded dragon. Kaden has one, his name is Spike. Awhile back we noticed that in the lizard cages at pet stores, the bearded dragons actually lay on each other. We decided that Spike needed a little friend. Hailey has been begging for a blue and black frog, so we decided to see if she would go for a lizard instead, since we were going to be getting one anyway. She did! yea! Lizzie is pretty cool. She has orange marking on her, I haven't seen another with that much color. Anyway, Lizzie has joined the ranks with us.

Spike and Lizzie. Spike is growing so dang fast! The lady at the pet store said they reach 18 inches or so by 1 year old. He has been shedding 2 times a month!

Up close and personal with Spike and Kaden.On a somewhat sad note, our fish tank is on KSL classifieds. We will miss it, but Thomas just doesn't have time for it. We have had a fish tank now for 6 years.

So how many pets are you guys up to now? Looks like the kids are excited. Ben loves seeing Spike when we come over. Maybe we'll have to try lizards after we get done with hamsters. I don't know if I want to do more than one pet at a time!
You two are such good parents, I'm just going to take Cam to the ZOO once a week so he can get his animal fix. With Kevin's alergy's and my phobia of anything creepy or crawly I think he's going to miss the pet experience.
Yuck!!!!! I am very very glad that my kids are deathly afraid of anything in the pet catagory. lol.
I bet you are excited for that prim wall space to open up! What are you going to do with it?
