I hope everyone is sitting down. (I am willing to bet that you are!) I have been informed, many times today actually, that I AM NO FUN. NO. FUN. (I have some older friends on here that I may have to call upon as witness that I USED to be fun :) ) Some days I feel like I am no fun. Its not fun to say...have you done your chores...have you done your homework....have you brushed your teeth?? REALLY? 'cuz I didn't hear water...please stop fighting...please stop fighting...PLEASE STOP!
But come on people. We went camping. I slept in a tent. I made hot dogs. I made smores (snores, as Kaden pronounces them.) We played in the water. Do they remember all that when you ask them to put away their stuff?? NO, that is a big fat N-O!
Would I do it again. You bet. In a heart beat! You know why? BECAUSE I AM FUN. Yes, I am!

You are fun! Being the nagging mom is NEVER fun and one day your kids will appreciate that they have a fun mom, even though you had to get after them.
What, WHat, WHAt, WHAT you went camping, YOU slept in a TENT OMGosh. No, I think your fun I'm always laughing and having a great time when your around. But I guess mom time is a little differant.
Don't feel bad...I'm a "no fun" mom too, sometimes. I'm proud of you for going camping. Do you remember the time we camped at causey and you jumped off the back of the truck and got your bra stuck and you couldn't get yourself free because you were hanging by your bra? Now that was fun!
Is it really a surprise the kids were complaining you aren't any fun when it comes time to clean up? Come on! We would be in heaven if our kids did everything we told them to. Face it... when it comes time to cleaning up, we will NEVER be fun moms!
I remember lots of Fun! My kids think I am no fun too. Forget that I take them swimming and to the beach everyday!!! (I guess that is not fun)
Hey, my kids feel the same way. But camping and s'mores? You sound fun to me. You could send your kids to my house. Then they would really appreciate how fun you are. We have to keep our windows closed so the neighbors won't hear how un-fun I really am!
